At Cooks Vanilla, we take pride in the quality of our premium extracts and beans; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Item
Carefully pack the unopened vanilla products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our quality control facility.
Receive Your Refund
